The CFAA Board of Directors is excited to announce that CFAA has entered into a new joint venture agreement with Profile to produce together a national magazine for rental housing providers. One truly national magazine is vital as CFAA and the apartment industry grow, and require news that rental-housing providers need and want to know.

In order to produce a better result for our readership, CFAA has ended its association with the competing commercial apartment magazine.

As exciting as the partnership is for CFAA and our member associations, landlords and industry related professionals and suppliers will also benefit from the new joint venture. For advertisers and industry professionals wanting to reach small, mid-size and large portfolio owners and managers, the magazine will deliver a guaranteed, attentive and interested readership, which is verified and approved.

As we move forward together to deliver the only truly national magazine for the apartment industry by the apartment industry, CFAA is playing an active role in every aspect of the magazine. The magazine content will include profiles of industry leaders, economic and other forecasts, innovations in products and services, reports on new programs by landlords and by governments, event listings, and other news to keep readers informed, energized and productive!

Through the 14 provincial and regional associations which currently make up CFAA, the magazine will reach rental housing providers, so that industry suppliers and landlords will build and maintain connections, while working together to advance the rental housing industry across Canada.

I invite anyone who would like further explanation or insight into the new joint venture to contact me directly.
